1. Where’s my package?
After you place your order, it usually takes 1–2 business days to process, and then 5–7 business days for delivery if your order was placed before 5:00 PM. If your package hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact our customer support team.
2. How do I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking code. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it ends up there. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking link to become active.
3. How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime using the tracking number sent to your email. Visit our Tracking Page and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.
4. What if I’m not happy with my order?

5. Do your prices include taxes and duties?
Yes. All prices listed on our website include UK VAT. You will not be required to pay any additional charges.
